notification from the bank upon which the check was issued.

Return
Policy
Merchandise
must be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund
of the sales price & tax if any, excluding shipping and handling. You
must contact us via e-mail
within seven days of receipt of merchandise to obtain a return
authorization number. Items returned without a return
authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package
will be returned to the customer unopened.
RMA numbers expire seven days after issuance. Packages arriving
after seven days of RMA number issuance will be returned, unopened.
The
merchandise returned must be in the same original, brand new condition
with all tags affixed. We reserve the right to reject a return if
it does not meet this criteria. Refunds will be processed within
10 days of receipt of returned product.
All Clearance Items and Close Out Items are non-refundable.
There
are no exceptions to this return policy.
Exchange
Policy
Defective
merchandise can be exchanged for the same item within seven days
of receipt. Contact us immediately with your order number to obtain
a return merchandise authorization number.
